Matthew is a Research Assistant in Dr. Baker’s Laboratory at Oregon Health & Science University. He received his BS in chemical engineering at Oregon State University where he conducted research on electrocatalytic materials. With his background in chemistry and engineering, he is shifting his focus to bioscience and clinical research and plans on pursuing a master’s in medical physics. In his free time, Matthew likes rock climbing and mountaineering in the Pacific Northwest.
